Appointments are highly recommended; Walk-ins are welcome. Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a text and/or email confirmation with the date and time as well as the specific esthetician or nail tech who will be servicing you. It is suggested that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment.
The appointment may be lost 5-10 minutes after scheduled appointment time, depending upon the service you scheduled and its duration. Client will be considered a walk-in and given the next available opening.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please give us a call. We charge 50% of the service price for same day cancellations. 100% for no call/no show. We understand that life happens and we will apply the charge for the first missed appointment to your next service appointment. Once that curtesy cancellation has been exhausted, the amount charged will be considered the cancellation fee. Credit cards will be kept on file for this purpose.
Upon booking your appointment, please let us know if you are pregnant or have any health conditions we should be aware of in advance.
Must be presented at the time of service. They are non-refundable. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be refunded or replaced.
Children under 17 must have written parental consent or be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent, in order to receive waxing or skin care services.
Guests receiving services can enjoy our relaxation room in between services, if available.
We absolutely love our little four legged friends. However, we can not allow them in the studio unless they are service dogs. Please present official documentation, upon arrival.
